Detailed Dermatica experience

I ordered the Anti-Aging Cream after my online consultation. The process was straightforward; I uploaded photos and answered questions, then a few days later got my custom formula. Shipping took about a week to get to me here in the US from the UK, which was expected. The packaging was discreet, and the bottle itself is practical. I've been using it for a few weeks now. No major irritation from the Tretinoin Cream they prescribed. Customer support answered a question I had about application timing pretty quickly. The product seems to be working gradually.

Mostly positive, one small issue

My experience with Dermatica has been largely positive. I signed up for the Hyperpigmentation Treatment, and the consultation process was professional. The doctor explained my formula well. Delivery took a little longer than I hoped, about 8 days to reach me, but it did arrive securely packaged. The product itself, a Hydroquinone Formula, is working on my dark spots, which is the main thing. My only minor gripe is that the website can be a bit slow sometimes when I try to log in to update my progress photos. Overall, good value and effective.

Consistent results as always

This was my third order from Dermatica, and they're still reliable. I've been on their Acne Treatment for a while now. The formula for my Personalized Prescription Formula has been consistent, and I haven't had any issues with shipping or product quality. It's why I keep coming back.

Good first month deal

I was looking into getting a personalized treatment and Dermatica popped up. The introductory offer for the first month was really good, I only paid 2.90 GBP for my Personalized Prescription Formula. It made it easy to try out without a huge commitment. So far, seems like good value.

Hey, thinking about trying Dermatica for my acne. Anyone know if they ship to the US? Or is it just a UK thing?

J Julia 2 months ago
Yeah, I'm pretty sure they only ship within the UK. They ask for a UK address when you sign up.

Nah, I tried to get it shipped to my sister in NYC and it wouldn't let me. Definitely UK only, unfortunately.

Just wondering about the initial consultation photos. Do I need to be all fancy or just snap some quick pics with my phone? And like, how many angles do they need?

L Lisa Kaur 2 months ago
Phone pics are totally fine! Just make sure the lighting is decent and your skin is clean. They usually ask for a few different angles to see your whole face, like front, left, and right side views.

No need to be a pro photographer. They just need clear, unedited photos of your skin. I think I sent like 3-4 and it was enough.
